Cancellation options
Admin Service Fee refunds depend on when you cancel or modify your reservation. Amounts due at the clinic are billed by the hospital and are not part of these rules.
- •Cancel within 48 hours of clinic confirmation for a full Admin Service Fee refund, no questions asked.
- •Cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled care date to receive a refund of 50% of your Admin Service Fee.
- •Pending confirmation, dates offered, or escalated: full Admin Service Fee refund. Clinic-initiated cancellations: full refund.
- •Modify your reservation at any time; financial adjustments follow this schedule.
Clinic confirmation is when your trip status becomes Confirmed in Sanctuary.
Scheduled care date is the appointment date shown on your care trip.
If both a full-refund window and a 50% window apply, you receive the more generous refund.
